I felt SO much better today. I had enough energy to get in a quick workout before dinner.
Breakfast: Egg, hashbrowns, strawberries, grande americano
Lunch: Chicken sausage, sweet potato, green beans, olive oil
Snack: Strawberries, almonds
Dinner: Chopped salad (chicken, tomato, cucumber, carrot, cauliflower, sprouts, sunflower seeds, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.)
Onward!
