Breakfast: Egg, hashbrowns, strawberries
Lunch: Salmon, green beans, sweet potato
Snack: Larabar, almonds (I know, I know...but a Larabar is about as close you can get to unprocessed in a store-bought bar)
Dinner: Chopped salad
Coffee- I got a hankering for some espresso late tonight. I'm sure I'll be up all night now :)
Still feeling great, I am loving this way of eating...the simplicity, the way it makes me feel... all good things.
